 To confirm above, with a revision from late November/early December (heck
 if I can find which one now...) tables were definitely not created. With
 the only change being made to that being the above fix, all tables are now
 created.

 Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
 Apache 2.2.6
 MySQL 5.0.45
 PHP 5.2.4

 r1182 does correct the problem, at least it should. I hard coded the
 utf8_general_ci vice utf8 because 1182 wasn't in trunk earlier, but the
 fix does essentially the same thing.
