Just downloaded r1182, and I will confirm that something is getting hosed.
Both through the initial install, as well as when adding through the admin
or wp-signup.
Any blog inserted into the database is initially set as private.
What is strange here, is that the privacy setting is actually (or has
been) the exact opposite of the spam/mature/etc settings.
Where a 0 should mean that the blog is public, and a 1 meaning it is
private.
There is definitely a value of 0 being inserted into the database (as it
should be), however it would seem that the problem of this is in the
interpretation of that meaning.
So, the question should be:
- what value in the public field of the blogs table will represent
"public"? (had been a 0).
Not quite sure where this changed, I'll have to look. However, I will
confirm that until recently a 0 was indeed what meant public.
