Comment:

 According to the error, it is the call for wp_get_current_user() inside
 the function current_user_can (in capabilities.php) that causes the error.

 In the eShop plugin (http://www.quirm.net/page.php?id=39), there is a call
 for the current_user_can function. But removing that call does not get rid
 of the error. In the YAK plugin, there is no call for current_user_can at
 all...
