 Current mu trunk.

 Begin clean install, but with DB missing (user/pw/host correct, but DB not
 there)

 Continue until you get the DB missing error

 Now add the DB (using phpMyAdmin or whatever)
   - WPmu will not load properly. It sees missing tables but will not
 reinstall

 Workaround (not suggested by the install process): delete wp-config.php
 and start over.
