  * status:  new => closed
  * resolution:  => invalid

Comment:

 Cancel that, creating a new user shouldn't overwrite the global $user
 variable.

 I'm guessing the class is instantiated for some other reason, probably to
 set up the user defaults or something along those lines. I'll close this
 ticket.
