 Or preferable the whole sentense: "If you are considering moving your blog
 to another host we recommend a number of <a
 href="http://wordpress.org/hosting/">hosting services</a>".

 I do know this is set up to give something back to WordPress, but we are
 all selfish people, and some of us can offer webhosting, so a filter for
 at least the link could be useful, so we don't have to edit the file to
 get what we want.
