 Some mention should be made in the readme file about creating the plugins
 and mu-plugins subdirectories.  Especially since the mu-plugins
 subdirectory is not found in the regular wordpress install.

 Either that or create them in trunk and populate them with an empty *.txt
 file as a placeholder.
