Comment:

 The site_id is passed to wpmu_create_blog() as a default parameter. I just
 added that to the call in wp-signup.php in [1252]
 No need to change anything in wpmu-functions.php

 Also, that patch adds a site_id to wpmu_create_user() but that function
 doesn't accept that many parameters ..

 Please test as I don't have multiple domains configured on my testbed.
