 One can not remove a widget from the sidebar.  Duped in Netscape 7.2, FF
 2.0.0.8, IE6 and IE7 with [1142].

 - When one moves the widget back to the Available Widget, the widgets do
 not move out of the way.

 - One can remove a widget if one previously placed a widget.  In other
 words, you can add one and then remove another.  It's at a 1:1 ratio
 though.  You can't add one and then remove two.

 - Per this [http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic.php?id=6674 thread], it
 appears that the error is: "jQuery("#pagescontrol").Draggable is not a
 function"
