 On a fresh install of wpmu 1.3 build 1117, if you go to any blog backend
 and click Manage and then first delete the Hello World post, and then
 secondly delete the Mr Wordpress comment, you get the following error
 message:

 "Oops, no comment with this ID"

 It appears to correctly delete the comment though.

 If you delete the comment first, before you delete the post, the message
 does not appear.
