 Files that are deleted via the Manage -> Uploads area are removed from the
 WP database, but are not removed from the system. I have applied full
 permissions to all users but still cannot get files to be removed (Default
 for WPMU seems to be 740).

 Attached is a video of me deleting a file and showing that it has not been
 removed from the file system.

 This was tested in the standalone version of Wordpress and works, so I
 believe it to be a MU problem only.
