 I am using MU to power a local community-oriented site. We have a main
 blog with a number of contributors, and have just recently rolled out
 individual blogs. The problem is, when one of our contributors signs up
 for an individual blog, they are removed from the user list of the main
 blog (regardless of role) and added to the user list of the individual
 blog they've created.

 You can see where this would lead to confusion, as this prevents
 contributors from posting anything to the main blog until we add them back
 in. How can this be fixed?
