 Greets:

 Using the [1142] changeset.  This may be a wp issue as well.

 On the Write Post page.  Go into the Browse All tab of the uploaded,
 select an image and then delete it.  After deleting, you no longer have
 the option to Upload a new image nor Browse teh images used in that Post.
 Those tabs (ie Upload and Browse) are missing.  All you have is Browse
 All.
