 Not a blank page. Users other than the site admin are not redirected to
 their subdirectory, so they fire a "you don't have sufficient permissions"
 error. For example, user moore should be forwarded to /sites/moore/wp-
 login.php, but instead stays at /sites/wp-login.php.
