 The issue is folks are installing WPMu as the following:

 mydomain.tld/wpmu

 where /wpmu contains the files and then expecting:

 myuser.mydomain.tld

 to work and are getting upset when they see:

 myuser.mydomain.tld/wpmu

 Also it appears that there maybe an issue with activating with this
 situation as that's been reported as well a number of times in the forums.

 I'll see what I can do with some text.
