 An empty space at the end of non-allowed usernames field causes an issue
 with having a new user signup and they get a redirect back to the home
 page.

 I'm placing this ticket because somehow that empty space is getting
 created and, since it appears a number of folks are having this issue, it
 may be caused on wpmu's end.
