 Subdomain's can not contain local chars where they are commonly used.

 It would be great if WPMU could support blogs like øøøøøø.somesite.tld
 (which would be translated to xn--pdaaaaaa.somesite.tld, anyway), etc.
 This would be great for every user who have additional chars in their
 alphabeth (if it's supported by DNS, anyway...). Allowing - in preg_match
 is enough to make users be able to sign up, but when you actually go to
 øøøøøø.somesite.tld after it's registered you still get the "signup"-page
 to create xn--pdaaaaaa.somesite.tld, and then you get a message that it
 already exists - but if you go to xn--pdaaaaaa.somesite.tld then it's
 there, it works, all good.
