 When uploading an image with the inline uploader the non-ascii character í
 (i with an acute accent) becomes distorted when entered in the title. This
 does not happen with any of the other non-ascii characters I use.

 The character seems to be replaced with a byte somewhere in position 2045-
 2046. When hovering over the image in a browser a black diamond with a
 question mark appears in its place. What is worse is that this breaks the
 feed for parser that depend on it being valid xml since the byte is out of
 utf-8 character range.

 This does not occur in regular WordPress.
