 Trying to setup posting to the blog either via xmlrpc or the new atom API
 will not setup the blog correctly.  Using Flock I get an error of "There
 was an error detecting your blog settings."  I've also tried to set this
 up with the Microsoft Live writer and the old Performancing for Firefox
 and none seem to work correctly.  Not sure if this really should be over
 in the WP Core trac or not.
