 The template tag get_bloginfo('url') is widely used in themes. However, it
 seems it is broken in the WordPress MU (tested in 1.0, 1.1.1 and the most
 recent r915 SVN).

 In the footer of the default theme, the feed links appear as
 feed://http//***

 Some examples of the bug:
 http://test2.edublogs.org/ (footer rss link, WPMU 1.0)
 http://test.72pines.com/  (footer links, WPMU 1.1.1)
