 With 1.2.2, when creating a new blog, "blogname" option in wp_x_options
 table is duplicated. Besides, values are not the same. First 'blogname'
 option has "My Weblog" value, the other 'blogname' option has the value
 that the user entered on the sign-up page.

 So, all the new blogs on the mu home page are listed as "My Weblog" until
 user updates his blog name  value from the dashboard.

 Interestingly, user sees the correct blogname on his/her dashboard. And
 when a user updates his / her blog name through the dashboard, the problem
 is gone by the nature of UPDATE query.
