 I get this message after installing MU 1.2.3:

 Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'ABSPATH/wp-admin/admin-
 functions.php' (include_path='.;c:\php\pear') in
 D:\inetpub\mysite\wordpressmu\wp-admin\upgrade-functions.php on line 5

 I haven't made any changes to the files mentioned, I've only followed
 installation instructions.
 I am setting up WPMU on a database that had my old WP on it. I don't know
 if that makes a difference
