 As found by Frederic in the MU forums, when calling "add_(sub)menu_page"
 functions WPMU is only looking for files in "wp-content/plugins" and not
 in "wp-content/mu-plugins" as well. This makes it difficult to create top
 level and sub level menus for site wide plugins.

 A fix has been posted in the same topic, which I've tried and which seems
 to work:

 My apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, I couldn't seem to find
 it.
