 not switching to Code tab in post-new or page-new php pages in Mozilla
 1.7.13.  But it sometimes switches after few mouseclicks.

 It switches if you use ALT+E shortcut.

 this issue is with r866
 but this was also present in my old version 2006-11-28 nightly build.  I
 don't know whether this was in the middle builds since I didn't check.
