 Greets:

 Within the WPMu code, we have four places where "This blog has been
 archived or suspended." is outputted.  Can we either have hooks placed in
 these places where one could write a plugin so that that output could be
 modified or send it to one place in the code?  It's come up a couple of
 times in the forums.  Be easier to modify like wp.com's one if we could.
