 Upgrading from WP to MU maybe? ;)

 Install MU -> Play with your theme and tweak -> Add users -> Import posts

 If someone is less knowledgeable, and the posts have been plenty in the
 forum, they might not think to check the definition of vhost. Thun they'll
 always be ticked off about having domain.tld/blog/whatever, when they
 originally had domain.com/whatever.
