 To follow up on that, it also appears that if you have splogs created via
 accounts with those domains and go Dashboard -> Site Admin -> Blogs -> Hit
 the check box along the left hand side of that page, the Mark as Spam box
 at the bottom of that page, and Save, it doesn't register them as Spam.
 You have to use the direct spam link within each line.
