 Yes, just upgraded and checked to see if this bug was still present (
 found it in 1.2.4, but was hoping it was fixed along with
 [http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/ticket/478 this bug].

 Just to make sure, I just re-propagated my permissions, but still no go.
 I'm on an Apple Server with the following:

 All files are owned by www/www with permissions rw-rw-r-- as set by
 Apple's Workgroup Manager.
