 Minor bug on a no vhosts install:
 Should http://domain.tld/path/wp-signup.php  redirect to http://domain.tld
 /wp-signup.php when vhost constant is no?
 There is no redirect.

 The wp-signup.php opens on any blog.
 It should redirect back to blog 1.

 Seems there should be an if vhost == 'no' option for the location:header
 redirect.
