  * resolution:  => fixed

Comment:

 I fixed the warning on $action but the other warnings can't easily be
 fixed as those constants have to be defined for WordPress to attempt to
 connect to the db.

 It only happens once, during install, and only if you have your error log
 set to show warnings so most people won't see these notices.
