 I think it would be very helpful to have WordPress.com's dashboard
 switcher in the WP backend ported to WordPress MU to improve the fluidity
 of switching between various dashboards.

 In WordPress.com, this feature is located on the blog title in the WP
 backend. If the user is a member of more than one blog, the user can hover
 over the blog title, and select another dashboard from the drop-down menu.
