Comment:

 First of all, is this an April Fools joke? 99% of the world's population
 use a sane browser string, and they also display referrers. Both are used
 by WordPress for a reason.

 The user agent is used to figure out the capabilities of the browser and
 load the right Javascript. The referrer is part of the security measures
 employed so that if someone fools you into hitting a link that deletes one
 of your posts then it won't delete.

 Besides, you should open a ticket in the WordPress Trac at
 http://trac.wordpress.org/ because these are changes that must be done in
 the core of WordPress. They won't be implemented, but feel free to make
 your case.
