 not sure if this is a bug or not but for some reason the 'children=0' tag
 for the wp-list_cats seems to have no effect on my installation (the
 children categories still show up in the list). Even if using the
 'list_cats' tag with the full expansion has no effect. No one can seem to
 figure it out - I've been searching for weeks.

 It's a new installation of WPMU but the DB was originally a WP 1.5
 installation that was upgraded to 2.0.5.

 Hope I can fix this somehow - I'm developing a whole number of WP
 installations.
