 When CREATING NEW POSTS, the box where you can add category is missing.
 [only error in IE]

 When EDITING A POSTS there is an empty layer that hides existing category,
 so the user is not able to select! [this bug exists in IE, Mozilla v
 1.7.13, and FireFox v 2.0.0.1
