[wp-xmlrpc] wp.getOptions only answers from the "main" multi-site?

The blod_id argument isn't used. You should be doing xmlrpc requests
to the proper subsite urls. i.e.
htttp://multisite.com/subsite1/xmlrpc.php or
http://subsite1.multisite.com/xmlrpc.php
