[wp-xmlrpc] tags

mt_tags is a separate field that was added later than mt_keywords.  
But I don't consider myself an expert in this area. It's something  
I've been planning to look into more carefully when I get to finally  
satisfying the request for "real" tags support in MarsEdit.
