With WordPress 2.3 adding support for tags we'd like to expose these
via XML-RPC in a meaningful way.  From what I've seen there are other
services that support a mt_tags field, although I haven't seen any
documentation on how it should work.

I'm looking for feedback from those of you who are using mt_tags in
your applications so that we can implement it in a compatible way.
