[wp-ui] Admin theme-ing

It'd be less of a problem if the 'theming' was limited to a custom css file,
I think. That way, colourizing and branding the backend would become
possible, but a total overhaul would be impossible.
Could wreak havoc with the Ajax/jQuery stuff I guess.
