Hello group. My name is Persa Zula. I've been working on the web for
over 7 years in design and development. Currently, I am the Assistant
Director of Web Communication at The College of Wooster, where I
administer and enhance our WPMU project. I use the backend on a daily
basis and have many thoughts on the way it is structured. I have also
built sites on WordPress for many clients and have some input on how it
can be improved for non-technical users. My online presence can be found
