[wp-ui] First steps

I'm Jess Planck Website Manager for Nicholls State University in way south Louisiana. Old school trained graphic designer dealing with web bits for almost 15 years, super lurker, and slightly skilled at avoiding hurricanes. I barely ever have time, but I occasionally try to make minor contributions. The portfolio is at http://funroe.net/portfolio/ when I'm not breaking things.

So glad Jane made that statement and the follow-up. Good example is probably the header UI that Jane and Matt T. discussed last year. I'm sure it's going to make sense now that the WPMU merge has begun.
