[wp-ui] First steps

Hi All,

My name is Gaston and I'm a web designer located in Oregon.  I'm also full
time project manager at a software security company.

I can help from a UX/UI perspective but I also have considerable experience
writing user documentation, managing user testing, gathering requirements,
and developing and delivering training.  I can translate docs to Spanish if
needed.

I'm very excited to be part of this team and would love to help in any way I
can.
