[wp-ui] Auto Response

I have experienced people not even knowing how to use BCC, or editing the
subject line of a conversation at every reply. Auto-responders are just
another one of those email features that not very many people seem to know
how to use correctly.

PS
Overly long signatures are another thing I see quite often. I don't think
mine is excessive, but feel free to contradict.
