 Problem

 When using the Columns block in Gutenberg, changing an existing 2-column
 layout into a 3-column layout is not very intuitive.

 Currently, users may need to recreate the block or manually adjust the
 structure, especially when content already exists inside the columns.

 Steps to Reproduce

 1. Add a Columns block with 2 columns
 2. Insert content into both columns
 3. Attempt to convert the layout into 3 columns

 Expected Behavior

 Users should have a simpler and more discoverable way to increase or
 decrease the number of columns while preserving existing content.

 Current Behavior

 The workflow feels difficult to discover and may encourage users to
 recreate the block manually.

 Environment

 * WordPress 7.0 Beta/RC
 * Gutenberg Editor
 * Tested on localhost
