 Hi @darcy56, welcome to WordPress Core trac.

 `Formidable Forms Pro` is a commercial plugin which the volunteers
 maintaining WordPress don't have access to. Are you able to provide steps
 to reproduce the issue that don't involve it?  If not, you are likely
 going to be best off reporting this issue to the Formidable Forms Pro team
 so they can update thier code.
