 Hi @dhrumilk @sabernhardt @blackstar1991, I've opened a pull request for
 this ticket: https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/11960

 The patch adds a dismissible warning notice in `edit-form-advanced.php`
 that appears immediately before the `<form>` element when WordPress block
 syntax (`<!-- wp:`) is detected in the post content.

 Could you please test this on your end and let me know if everything looks
 good or if any changes are needed?
