Comment:

 This will only impact accessibility if there's an accessibility feature
 that needs to uniquely target an ID; but it's certainly worth addressing,
 nonetheless. While WCAG 4.1.1 has been removed from the accessibility
 standards, this is still poor practice, and IDs should be unique.
