 I noticed several responsive layout and usability issues in the WordPress
 admin area when viewed on mobile devices.

 Affected screens:
 - Plugins
 - Posts
 - Pages

 Observed issues:
 - Action links wrap inconsistently and create cluttered layouts
 - Admin table rows become difficult to scan on smaller screens
 - Excessive whitespace reduces usable screen space
 - Buttons and search fields are not optimized for narrow mobile widths
 - Some elements appear compressed or visually misaligned
 - The mobile admin experience becomes difficult to use for content
 management tasks

 This issue is reproducible across multiple admin pages using a standard
 mobile browser.

 Environment:
 - Latest WordPress version
 - Android device
 - Chrome Mobile browser
 - Approximate viewport width: 360px

 Expected behavior:
 WordPress admin pages should maintain clean spacing, readable layouts, and
 usable interactions on mobile devices without excessive wrapping or layout
 inconsistencies.

 This appears to be primarily a responsive admin UI/UX issue.
