 The WordPress admin bar displayed on the frontend is still using the old
 color instead of the updated new brand color.

 **Steps to Reproduce**
 1. Log in to WordPress
 2. Visit the frontend of the site
 3. Observe the top admin bar color

 **Expected Result**
 The admin bar should use the new brand color consistently across the
 frontend.

 **Actual Result**
 The admin bar still shows the old/default color.
