 @zieladam Thanks to the Chrome DevTools MCP server with Claude Code, I
 found [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/pull/11912#issuecomment-4503718823 the reason] for the sporadic
 failure to animate and fixed it. I'm now getting consistent submenu
 accordion animations with each navigation.
