 These changes are about identifying the server type as LiteSpeed, and
 exposing that information in a standardized way that any plugin can use to
 extend its functionality — not just LSCWP.

 For example, plugins could use this to:
 Apply server-specific cache-clearing logic (Nginx vs. Apache vs. LiteSpeed
 behave differently)
 Tag or annotate requests when running on a LiteSpeed server
 Modify request headers appropriately for the environment

 That said, we're happy to reduce the scope of the patch to just
 is_litespeed if that keeps it more focused.
